What iSimplySaid does

iSimplySaid helps you create heartfelt messages, wedding vows, and parent time capsules using AI-assisted writing. We deliver them digitally through personalised reveal links, and optionally through physical cards.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use iSimplySaid.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. This permanently removes all your data.

Your content

• You own the messages, photos, videos, and audio you create or upload.
• You grant us a limited licence to store and deliver your content as part of the service.
• We do not sell, share, or use your content for advertising.
• AI-generated text is produced for your personal use. You may edit, share, or discard it freely.

Payments

• Free features are available without payment.
• Premium features (media uploads, physical cards, Angel Legacy tributes) are charged via Stripe.
• All prices are shown before checkout. No hidden fees.
• Refund requests can be made by emailing hello@isimplysaid.com within 14 days of purchase.

Acceptable use

Please use iSimplySaid for its intended purpose: expressing genuine sentiment to people you care about. Do not use it to generate harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.

Availability

We aim to keep iSimplySaid available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

iSimplySaid is provided “as is.” While we take great care with your data and content, we are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, third-party actions, or the emotional impact of AI-generated content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
