What will be permanently removed
- All shared messages and drafts
- All uploaded photos, videos, and audio
- Time capsules and scheduled deliveries
- Purchase history records
- Your account and associated email address
How to delete your account
Inside the app
Go to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

We will process your request within 7 days.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
